Mahera – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mahera, we understand the importance of delivering your products in perfect condition and on time. We have partnered with India’s most reputed courier services to ensure your shopping reaches you safely and swiftly.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

  • Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it undergoes a strict quality check. Most items are shipped within 2 working days.

  • Delivery Time: Generally, orders are delivered within 7–10 working days across India.

  • Note: During festivals, extreme weather, or public holidays, delivery might take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Coverage: We ship to almost every corner of India.

  • Shipping Charges: Mahera offers FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders within India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide COD services across India with No Extra Charges.

  • Packaging: Every product is wrapped in sturdy, secure packaging to prevent any physical damage during transit.

3. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your package! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/message with a Tracking ID.

  • You can track your order by clicking the link provided or visiting our "Track Order" page.

  • Simply enter your AWB number or Order ID to see the real-time status.

4. Modification of Shipping Address

  • Before Shipping: You can change your delivery address at no extra cost by contacting our support team at +91 72280 66489 before the order is dispatched.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already been handed over to the courier, a reshipping fee of ₹300 will be applicable to redirect the parcel to a new address.

5. International Shipping

Mahera proudly ships worldwide!

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

  • Customs & Duties: Any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Returns/Exchanges: Please note that Exchange and Return policies are not applicable to international orders.

6. Unserviceable Locations

In the rare event that your pincode is not covered by our delivery partners, our team will contact you to find an alternative solution or a convenient pickup point to ensure you receive your order.
